This Raspberry Cheesecake bar has been a long time in the making. Inspired by my favourite dessert, I’ve wanted to create a bar of this flavour for over a year.

A white chocolate shell has been hand decorated with coloured cocoa butter and then filled with our award-winning raspberry gel and a cream cheese ganache. The bar is then topped off with a gluten-free digestive biscuit base to complete this delicious dessert.
