This Raspberry Cheesecake bar has been a long time in the making. Inspired by my favourite dessert, I’ve wanted to create a bar of this flavour for over a year.
A white chocolate shell has been hand decorated with coloured cocoa butter and then filled with our award-winning raspberry gel and a cream cheese ganache.

White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Dried Milk Powder (Minimum 23% Milk Solids), Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Raspberry, Jam Sugar, Glucose, Pectin, Cream (Milk), Invert Sugar, Cream Cheese (Milk), Butter (Milk)
